Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use StarTrack for the majority of our orders. Shipping is free for orders over $500, or we use a flat rate of $15 for anything below that amount.

Freight charge may also be applied to delicate or fragile deliveries for customised systems, and any orders requiring extra attention at our discretion. This will be discussed, advised and agreed upon.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?

Typical deliveries are 24-48 hours after confirmation of payment on orders. We typically try to ship orders out overnight.

Most deliveries are completed next day if the order is placed before midday the day before.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can use our track and trace facility located at the top of every page on our website, alternatively you will be provided a tracking number to track it directly with the courier once that information has been provided to us.

Do I Need an Account to Place Order?

Yes, all orders will require an account with us to be able to allow us to provide track and trace facilities as well as track returns and refunds. We do not store any information other than what you provide us.
